Positioning Systems for VK-X Microscopes

310mm XY travel motorized stage with a 200mm manual Z stage. Customer supplies their own table. 

600mm x 600mm x 200mm motorized XYZ system that can be placed on a sturdy table.

310mm XY travel + 200mm Z travel. All motorized. System includes an air isolation table and granite base for superior vibration control. 

600mm XY + 200mm Z stage travel. All motorized. Split bridge construction. The part moves in one direction while the microscope moves in the other. 

410mm motorized XY travel with 200mm travel motorized Z. The overhead gantry design means that the microscope moves in XYZ above a fixed part. 

310mm XY, 200mm Z, 360deg Rotary axis. All motorized and controlled through Peak’s advanced VK automation software.  The rotary stage is used for part alignment and orientation within the recipe program. 

A 2.4 meter travel linear X axis carries a 200mm Y and Z stage. All motorized. This allows for the measurement of extremely long parts. 

This lower cost air isolation table is ideal for laboratory environments.

A part with a shaft or other protruding feature is placed on top of the rotation stage. The large aperture allows the protrusion to extend down to the floor. 

2 rotary axes are added when continuous part rotation and pitch angle adjustment are needed.

1700 x 1700mm travel XY stages enables extra large profilometry on full samples/parts.  Extended Z travel (200mm) is also shown

A part/sample can be rotated radially under the microscope by using a side mounted rotary stage. 

310mm XY stage with 60mm  stage.

410mm x 410mm XY, 200mm Z. Moving microscope design so that the part can remain stationary. 

800mm x 800mm x 200mm travel positioning system with additional Peak automation software.
